MC-12 Liberty Model




The MC-12 Liberty aircraft is a Hawker Beech 350 on steroids that was designed to be a platform to gather intelligence in hostile areas. This brand new aircraft is utilized by both the US military and the Iraqi Air Force (IAF). Highly trained US Navy and US Air Force instructor pilots have been the melding fabric in training the Iraqi pilots to fly and operate these brand new aircraft. In early January 2010, one of the US Navy instructor pilots approached The Hangar Models Company to replicate the aircraft. Over 10 models of this interesting aircraft will be hand built out of solid mahogany wood using the profiles and pictures provided by certain agencies and sold to the original instructor pilots that helped make this aircraft a vital link in the intelligence gathering operation in the Middle East. The stand is engraved with the logo of the Iraqi Air Force. Specifications of this model are: MC-12 / Scale 1:32 / Length 16.44" Wingspan 20.44". This model is now avialable to the general public.
